Field Care of Game:
Deer- For Shoulder Mounts, save hide from head to middle of chest cavity, cut @ knee of front legs and skin to head. Cut carcus @ base of head. Keep as dry as possible place in plastic garbage bag and freeze.
Birds- Lay feather down in natural position. Place in plastic garbage bag and freeze.
